RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

2. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- digital products, downloadable products, or access-based products
- customized or personalized items
- items marked as final sale

3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please include:

- a description of the issue
- clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

5. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
